  How can we afford to offer 3.4% listings and Buyer rebates? Well we took the standard real estate services of the big box companies and stripped away all the fluff and added in up to date marketing techniques and quality one on one service that isn't geard toward sale quotas, awards or who can sell the most in the office (having a happy repeat client is way more important anyday). What we came up with is by cutting out the "fluff" we can substantialy lower the overall cost to do business and we didn't have to sacrifice or compromise on service or marketing. As a result we could lower our commission which equals substantial savings to our client.
